What is a Recovery Phrase?

Your recovery phrase is the only way to restore access to your wallet if your device is lost or replaced. Store it securely offline and never share it with anyone.

Can I use the wallet on multiple devices?

Yes. You can restore your wallet on another supported device using your recovery phrase. Always keep your recovery phrase safe before switching devices.

Is the LXX DAO Wallet free?

Troubleshooting

I lost my device

If you still have your recovery phrase, simply install the LXX DAO Wallet on a new device and restore your wallet using your recovery phrase. Without your recovery phrase, your wallet cannot be recovered.

I forgot my password

If your wallet uses local device protection, you may need to restore your wallet using your recovery phrase. For security reasons, passwords cannot be recovered by the LXX DAO Wallet team.

My transaction is pending

Blockchain transactions depend on network confirmations. You can monitor the transaction status using the appropriate blockchain explorer.

My tokens are not visible

Some assets may require manual activation or additional time to synchronize. Ensure that you have selected the correct blockchain network.
