Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where required by law.

Users acknowledge that blockchain technology involves risks that cannot be eliminated through software alone.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to be responsible for your use of LXX Wallet and, where permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless LXX Wallet from claims, losses, or expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the wallet or your violation of these Terms.

Such events are beyond the control of LXX Wallet.

  1. Regulatory Risks

Laws governing digital assets and blockchain technology may change over time.

Certain services or digital assets may become restricted or subject to additional legal requirements in some jurisdictions.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of LXX Wallet complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
