Non-Custodial Wallet
LXX Wallet is a non-custodial wallet.

- Only you control your wallet.
- Only you possess your Recovery Phrase.
- Only you control your Private Keys.
- Only you can authorize blockchain transactions.
- LXX Wallet cannot access your assets.
- LXX Wallet cannot recover your Recovery Phrase.
- LXX Wallet cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
- LXX Wallet cannot restore lost funds.
- LXX Wallet cannot freeze or unlock wallets.
Because of this design, users always remain in full control of their assets.
No Financial Services
LXX Wallet is software.
LXX Wallet is not a bank.
LXX Wallet is not a financial institution.
LXX Wallet is not an investment platform.
LXX Wallet is not a broker.
LXX Wallet is not an exchange.

LXX Wallet neither owns nor controls any blockchain network.
Transaction confirmations, gas fees, validator operations, network congestion, forks, outages, protocol upgrades, and blockchain availability are entirely outside the control of LXX Wallet.
Users acknowledge that blockchain networks may experience delays, interruptions, or permanent changes.
User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- securing their Recovery Phrase
- protecting their Private Keys
- protecting wallet passwords
- securing their devices
- verifying recipient addresses
- verifying transaction amounts
- reviewing transaction fees before signing
- complying with all applicable laws
Users should never disclose their Recovery Phrase or Private Keys to any person.
LXX Wallet will never request your Recovery Phrase or Private Keys.

- Blockchain explorers
- Fiat payment providers
- On-ramp services
- Off-ramp services
- Decentralized applications

Users acknowledge that no wallet software can guarantee complete protection against:
